QUESTION: How do I do this? How do I look into booking a party?
ANSWER: Use the “Check Dates and Book Now” page and send in your date time and we’ll respond letting you know if it is available. Just confirm, deposit and that’s it!
QUESTION: How do I know the trailer can come to my house?
ANSWER: Our drivers are excellent and can go nearly anywhere. Our trailer package is 55 feet long and needs to be placed on
an area of little or no incline or decline. Otherwise, you can divert us to a nearby park, church or parking lot! Please call us if you have any questions regarding trailer placement and location. If your location can’t accommodate our Mobile Game Theater, contact us to learn about our local partner restaurants/businesses who can host your party and our trailer at their site!
QUESTION: Will the kids know what to do?
ANSWER: That’s why we bring our Game Coach! He helps the kids along, inspires and instructs. We make sure it’s the party of the year!
QUESTION: Should I be concerned about the types of games for kids?
ANSWER: If you have such concerns, inform the Game Coach upon arrival and he will make sure that the gaming is appropriate. Otherwise, he will follow the lead of the guest(s) of honor and make sure they are having the time of their lives!
QUESTION: What about bad weather?
ANSWER: We come rain, shine, temps below freezing or over 100 degrees — Yes, we have heating and air conditioning! As long as it is safe for us to drive.
QUESTION: What time should I make the party?
ANSWER: You can schedule your party a half-hour or hour prior to our arrival if you wish time for food/cake before we arrive. Otherwise, you can schedule the party to end a half-hour or hour after we’re done and eat later….the choice is up to you! If we arrive after your guests do, you will get to see their surprise when our mobile game theater pulls in!
QUESTION: What if too many people show up to the party? Is there an extra charge?
ANSWER: Certainly not! Bring them on! We’ll keep them all having fun!
QUESTION: Do I request certain games?
ANSWER: We always bring the full game library to every event and your Game Coach will listen to and make suggestions to make your event successful. We do request that if you want “M” rated games you send us an e-mail or list them in the comments section when booking.
QUESTION: Do I tip the Game Coach?
ANSWER: The Game Coach is there to make sure that your group is making the most of our high-tech fun. He tutors, inspires and entertains. Tipping for service is a great idea, but not required.
QUESTION: Do I have to pay for the party in advance?
ANSWER: Our reservations go quickly. In order to hold your booking, you must pay on line or arrange to drop your payment with us. Otherwise, your date and time is still open for booking by others.
QUESTION: How do the invitations work?
ANSWER: Once you have confirmed, we will forward your invitations.
QUESTION: What time will you be arriving?
ANSWER: The Game Coach arrives in plenty of time to be setup and start your party at the designated start time. Normally between 10-20 minutes ahead of time.
QUESTION: How can my organization raise funds using The Uplay Gaming Trailer?
ANSWER: If a school, church or non-profit hands out our flyer and a party is booked as a result, the organization receives $20 cash back for fundraising. We will print the half-page, full color flyers and drop them off; all you have do is distribute them! No cost, no risk, no selling cookie dough! You can even do an e-mail blast! We can also raise funds by being part of a “kids zone” at a large event and either charging tickets to play in the Mobile Game Theater or accepting a wristband or tickets for timed play.
